The Mechanical Construction Project Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of construction projects. They will collaborate with other professionals, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure projects meet design specifications, are completed on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and design construction projects: The Mechanical Construction Project Management Specialist will work with architects and engineers to plan and design construction projects, ensuring that project goals are met and that projects are within budget.

Develop project schedules: The Mechanical Construction Project Management Specialist will develop project schedules and timelines, identifying key milestones and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Oversee construction activities: The Construction Project Management Specialist will oversee construction activities, ensuring that construction work meets design specifications, is completed on time, and is within budget.

Manage project budgets: The Construction Project Management Specialist will manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within budget constraints and that cost overruns are minimized.

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards: The Construction Project Management Specialist will ensure that construction projects meet local and national codes and standards related to safety, environmental protection, and building design.

Communicate with stakeholders: The Construction Project Management Specialist will communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in construction projects, to ensure that project goals are met, and that all parties are informed of project progress.

Qualifications:

  • English and Korean must!!! be at the native level.
  • High school graduate or above with educational background
  • 1+ years and more experience in construction related experience.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other professionals on projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to construction projects

Working Conditions:

The Construction Project Management Specialist typically works in an office environment but may visit construction sites to oversee construction activities. They may work long hours to meet project deadlines and attend meetings with clients and other professionals involved in projects.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
